Our best seller beer! Bear Naked is a medium-bodied amber ale with a brilliant copper hue. Top-fermenting ale yeast and a high proportion of imported Munich malt create a clean and crisp beer with a toasty, fruity backbone.
This is a big malty Scotch Ale. Robust yet smooth, generous amounts of caramel malts and caramelization of the wort in the brew kettle contribute to the rich malty flavor. All that malt is balanced with just the right amount of imported hops.
An unfiltered American wheat beer with a twist- brewing this beer with American Ale yeast keeps it light and refreshing. An enormous Cascade dry-hop gives this beer a strong grapefruit aroma and a pleasant citrusy flavor making it an official summer beer among brewery staff.
This pilsner has a very light body and a bright golden color. Neither malt nor hops dominate this smooth lager, giving it all day drinkability and an uncanny ability to pair with various types of food.
Our Stout is a smooth, dark, and creamy medium-bodied oatmeal stout with a soft, roasted character and a slightly dry finish. It is served on nitrogen for that traditional creamy head.
The Adirondack IPA is a big American-style India Pale Ale with a deep orange color. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp flavor with a huge citrusy aroma. Brewed with Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo Hops.
An American style brown ale, despite its dark mahogany color this beer is crisp and hoppy, due to a generous Amarillo dry hop.
Our take on an authentic Czech Pilsner. Light and hoppy, this beer is brewed with only one type of hop, Czech Saaz, which gives the beer a spicy aroma and flavor.
Wheat-er-Melon is a pale wheat beer, which is light and refreshing, with a hint of watermelon in the aroma and flavor. A great compliment to a hot Adirondack day.
A medium bodied American Red ale with a crisp roasted finish from a large proportion of Roasted Barley.
Café Vero Stout is made in cooperation with Café Vero of Lake George using 100% locally roasted Coffee. Brewed with their freshest roasted Coffee, Café Vero Stout offers a rich coffee flavor and aroma, but finishes like a dry stout.
Seasonal Beer
It’s our authentic Bavarian style Hefeweizen. Imported Malts and an Authentic German yeast strain give this lightly hopped wheat beer a refreshing flavor with hints of banana and clove in the finish.
A deep amber lager with rich toasty flavors balanced with imported hops. The traditional malty, toasty flavors in this lager come from the very large about of imported Munich malts.
This is a complex, and roasty porter which receives a slight sweetness from a generous amount of real maple syrup added during the brewing process, as well as in the serving tank.
An Adirondack black lager whose inspiration came from a traditional German Schwartz Pils. This is a great beer that is light in body, yet dark in color- wonderful for those days when you are just coming off the ski slopes or snowshoe trails. Most refreshing!
